How to Put On & Remove Your Sleeve

Putting It On

  1. Scrunch or gather the sleeve like you would a sock
  2. Slide it over your hand and onto your forearm
  3. Gradually unroll and pull it up to the correct position
  4. Adjust so the silicone grip sits on the outside of your forearm/elbow area

Taking It Off

  1. Don't try to yank it off from the top — it'll feel stuck
  2. Instead, roll it down gradually from the top edge
  3. Once past the widest part of your forearm, it slides off easily

It Feels Really Tight — Is That Normal?

Compression sleeves are designed to fit snugly — that's how they provide support. A new sleeve will feel tighter at first and break in slightly with use.

However, if it's leaving deep marks or you feel tingling/numbness, you likely need the next size up. We offer free exchanges — just contact us at support@floky.us.
