90-Day Defect Warranty
All Floky products are covered by a 90-day defect warranty from the date of purchase. If your product has a manufacturing defect — silicone peeling prematurely, stitching coming undone, or fabric tearing under normal use — we'll replace it free of charge.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email support@floky.us with your order number
- Include a photo of the defect
- We'll review and ship a replacement
What's NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear from extended use
- Damage from machine drying, ironing, or fabric softener
- Intentional misuse
