How to Start a Return
You have two options:
Option 1: Self-Service Return
- Go to floky.us/account and log in with the email you used to place your order
- Find your order and click Request Return
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return and whether you want a refund or exchange
Option 2: Email Us
- Email us at support@floky.us with your order number
- Let us know which item(s) and whether you want a refund or exchange
Either way, we'll send you a free prepaid return shipping label.
Condition of the Item
We accept returns on both worn and unworn items. We'll ask about the condition, but it doesn't change your refund eligibility — it just helps us route the return (resell vs. use for marketing).
Exchanges
We can exchange for a different size, color, or product. If the new item costs more, we'll send a payment link for the difference. If less, we refund the difference.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed once we confirm the return. Expect to see it back on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
