Before Your Order Ships
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can:
- Cancel the order for a full refund
- Change the size, color, or quantity
- Update your shipping address
Email us at support@floky.us as soon as possible with your order number and what you'd like to change. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
After Your Order Ships
Once an order has shipped, we can't modify it. But you can return it for free using our 30-day return policy once it arrives.
